Return & Exchange Policy

At VELMORA, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Each product is carefully checked before delivery to ensure premium quality, finishing, and comfort.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• The original tag and packaging are intact
• The product has no stain, perfume, sweat mark, or alteration
• The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery

Exchange is available for size issues, wrong product delivery, or defective items.

Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, we will help you exchange the product based on stock availability. In this case, the customer may need to bear the delivery charge.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, VELMORA will arrange an exchange or replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchange or return if:

• The product has been used or washed
• The product is damaged after delivery
• The tag or packaging is missing
• The exchange request is made after 3 days
• The product was purchased during clearance or final sale, if mentioned

Refund Policy

VELMORA mainly offers exchange instead of refund. Refunds are only applicable if the ordered product is unavailable, or if we are unable to provide a replacement for a verified wrong or damaged item.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
